If any of the items you ordered is temporarily out of stock (OOS), our team will contact you to discuss the possible scenarios/actions:

a) Exchange the OOS item with another available item of the same value or lower than the original item.

b) Wait for restocking of OOS item. Our team member will advise you on the restock status or item availability date. Shipping may or may not be delayed depending on the speed of restocking for the item.

Yes – free delivery is available for orders with a minimum purchase of S$35.00 (after GST). A delivery fee of S$2.00 (after GST) will apply for orders under S$35.00. Please check our Delivery policy for more details.

Currently, our walk-in store is open from Mondays to Friday 9am-5pm(exclude public holidays) for customers who have opted for self-collection purchases directly from our e-store. Any changes will be updated on the site in due course.

Yes, depending on your location. Our products are available in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Brunei, Myanmar, Australia and New Zealand, just to name a few. Please contact us at enquiry@otsi.sg to find your nearest representative.

All Anew products are not halal certified at this point but we are working on so that more can try Anew.

Anew is made up of plant-based ingredients such as wheat, soy protein, vegetable juice and Eucheuma Seaweed. All the ingredients are strongly controlled and selected to be safe and healthy to consume. All our products are GMO, MSG and preservative free as well.

Anew products can be stored in ambient temperatures in a cupboard or pantry under dry and cool conditions. However, since the products have no added preservatives, please store in the refrigerator once opened and consume within 3-4 days.

ANEW Plant based luncheon meats are made with 100% plant ingredients, however not all products are currently certified as vegan.

Anew is packaged to be ready to eat and hassle-free. You can eat it right out of the can. However, to enhance the taste, you can cook Anew further by pan-frying or deep-frying.

A well-planned plant-based diet can meet our daily intake of nutrients as our products contain proteins, dietary fibers, sodium, sugar and carbohydrates. However, please get advice from your personal doctor before you embark on a fully plant-based diet.
